How LF order platform functions
Attention: in order to use the BtoB function, username and password are necessary and reserved only and exclusively to active clients. Our “Interpreter” software (bidirectional communication with management network) allows the immediate data transfer from the network to the automatic warehouse, without any manual intervention. Thanks to the bidirectional communication system (Internet management system and vice versa), our customers receive the order confirmation in real time and have the possibility to check the order processing status (shipped/ not shipped/back orders/ in process/etc), including the delivery status. This means that, once the goods have been delivered to the carrier, it will be always be possible to track them, thanks to the telematic connection. Our Internet shop with BtoB function makes the most out of the modern technologies: time saving, mistake prevention, order/delivery processing time reduction… hence, reduction of the management costs! |
