Orders and conditions
Prices
The prices indicated in the offers and price lists are not binding and can be modified without any prior notice. Prices do not include packing, transport, VAT or any other additional charge. Any bank charge for drafts or bills must be paid by the Customer.
Minimum orders and shipments
Handling costs and order processing costs make us impose on all customers the following rules:
- Minimum amount of order: 500 Euro
- Handling costs for orders less than 500 Euro = 50 Euro
Delivery times
Delivery times indicated in all orders are only approximate and in no way binding for LF SpA.
Any possible delay in the delivery of goods do not give the purchaser the right to cancel the order or to claim damages.
Transport
Goods are delivered ex works from LF SpA.
Our supply obligation is therefore fulfilled when we consign the goods to the carrier.
If the customer does not give any precise indication, LF SpA will decide the most convenient way for the delivery, but in any case will not be responsible for the goods.
LF SpA rejects also any responsibility for delays or miscarriages caused by the carrier. Any claim for damages must be addressed only to the carrier.
Thefts/lost goods/damages of transport
In case of theft, lost goods and damages of transport, LF SpA is responsible only when the shipping agent is designated by LF. Moreover, LF covers the risks of the transport as far as the point where his shipping agent delivers the goods to the customer or to customer's carrier.
Thefts/lost goods: in case of thefts, certified by the shipping agent, LF will replace the goods to the customer for the entire amount.
Damaged parcels: necessary conditions for the covering of this kind of damage are:
- when the goods are delivered, the customer has to write a warning message on the delivery note, for example "package with clear signs of external damages"
- LF usually accepts supplies only under reserve to control all the items. The customer must communicate the damage to LF within 8 (eight) days from the delivery date.
LF is responsible for thefts, lost goods or damaged parcels provided the condition stated at the beginning this paragraph.
Claims/Warranty
LF SpA works only as reseller of items manufactured by third parties. Therefore, it does not take any responsibility for defective material. Any claim must be addressed to LF SpA by e-mail or by fax within 8 (eight) days from receipt of the goods. Any delay will cause the forfeiting of any right.
Claims do not give the customer the right to stop payment.

Responsibility
LF SpA is not responsible for the characteristics and technical data contained in its catalogues and price lists, or for any variation by the manufacturers.
Likewise, LF SpA is not responsible for damages to third parties caused by negligence, carelessness or inability upon installation
Place of jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the place of jurisdiction will be the Court of the town where LF SpA’s head office is located.
These conditions are valid since 01.01.2002 in all countries, except Italy, Germany, Spain and Switzerland.
