Return procedures
No returned goods will be accepted if not previously agreed
Goods can be returned for the following reasons:
A LF mistake in goods delivery
B Mistake from catalogue or price list
C Mistake in order input
D Defective goods under manufacturer's warranty
E Customer's mistake in the transmission of the order
A-B-C
These are mistakes made by LF and all goods will be 100% credited and in case taken back and replaced after a previous agreement with LF.
D
Defective goods under manufacturer's warranty:
these are very rare cases (most our manufacturers work according to ISO 9001 quality certification) but they cannot be completely excluded. Such cases must be communicated to LF within 8 (eight) days from reception of the goods.
ATTENTION: electric/electromechanical items are to be checked before the installation. Our suppliers usually refuse to guarantee items which have been already installed.
It is important to consider that a determining factor for the good maintenance of these items is also they way they are stocked.

This is a customer's mistake and the return of goods is accepted only under the following conditions:
• The request of goods return must be sent to LF within and not after 8 (eight) days from delivery date.
• (all items NOT IN OUR CATALOGUE are excluded)
• Any credit will be agreed with LF according to the specific conditions
N.I.R. Identification Number for Returned Goods
This is the necessary proceeding to follow in case of returned goods.
Without N.I.R. no return of goods will be accepted.
• Contact our Export Department and explain the problem you have
• If the return of goods is accepted you will receive a NIR number that must be indicated in all delivery documents.
NIR number allows the quick identification and internal settlement of the returned goods ending with the credit note (ISO 9001 procedure).
