A written application can be send to the Company by any concerned person willing to exercise his/her rights, as provided for by art.7 of Decree 196/2003, that is in order to:
1) obtain information about the personal data source, the data processing scopes and modes, the logic of the electronic data processing, the identity of the data processing responsible entity, the parties or party categories that can access information or obtain knowledge of personal data;
2) obtain the data updating, amendment, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous format, or that data are blocked in case of law infringing data processing. This applies also to those data that do not require storage in relation to the scopes for which such data have been collected and processed. Obtain the certification that the required actions and their content have been communicated to those parties that can access the data, except in case this would prove impossible or imply means that are clearly disproportioned in comparison with the protected right;
3) oppose his/her personal data processing, even if relevant to the collection scope, for legitimate reasons, or in case personal data are processed for purposes like advertising, direct sales, market research or commercial information.
