If you cannot find the spare part you need in our catalogue/CD-ROM or DVD/Internet shop, don't waste any time and call us!
We can look for your spare parts even if not included in our catalogues.
If you give us all necessary details and information, our specialized technicians are able to fulfill almost all your requests.
Please note: our technicians maybe cannot speak your language, thus you have to contact our Export department where you can speak English, French, German, Spanish and Russian.
Send your request via fax, e-mail or Internet to our Export department complete with all details you can find and our technicians will do the rest.
IMPORTANT
In order to search a spare part not included in our catalogues, we need the following information:
• brand Name
• model/Type of the machine
• description of the item
• serial number (this is very important, because for the same model you can have different components according to the year of manufacturing)
• exploded drawing of the machine with indication of the specific spare part you need
• if possible, send us a picture via e-mail
In case you do not have the above mentioned information, please send us a sample of the spare part you are looking for.
Please do not forget that the more information you give us, the easier, quicker and safer the search of your spare part becomes.
VERY IMPORTANT: for spare parts "NOT IN OUR CATALOGUES" NEITHER RETURN OF GOODS NOR ORDER CANCELLATION ARE ACCEPTED.
Spare parts not included in our catalogues are supplied upon request only and imply a lot of work by our technicians for their identification. That's why even if our technicians try to do their best to fulfill your requests, the risk of mistake remains rather high.
In case of doubts we will send you via fax the exploded drawing, where you have to indicate the precise spare part you need.
Once you have sent your order and received the confirmation, NO ORDER CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED and NO RETURN OF GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
